Privacy Policy

The short version

We keep what you send us, we keep it for as long as the matter is live, and we do not sell it to anyone. Everything below is that statement written out properly.

Information you give us deliberately

The enquiry form asks for a name, an email address and a telephone number, and leaves a free-text box for whatever you want to say. Those four fields are the whole of it. Writing to us by email or messaging app has the same effect, with the addition of whatever your account displays about you.

Use the free-text box for an outline, not a dossier. A sentence on your nationality, where you have lived and what you are trying to achieve is enough to work out whether we can help. Passport scans, banking records, tax filings and anything about a criminal matter should wait until there is a secure channel and an engagement — a web form is not the place for any of them.

Information the server records by itself

Serving a page writes a log line: the requesting IP address, the time, the page, the referring page where the browser sends one, and the browser identification string. This happens for every visitor, including those who never contact us, and it is how we tell traffic from automated scanning. Log lines are retained for a limited period and then overwritten.

Who handles it

Enquiries reach the lawyers named on the team page and the administrative staff who route them. Hosting and email are provided under contract, which means those providers can technically reach data held on their systems; they are not permitted to use it. Nothing is sold, rented or passed to marketing services.

Where an enquiry becomes a matter and documents have to be lodged, they go to a designated agent in Vanuatu and, through them, to the Citizenship Office and the Financial Intelligence Unit. That is the route the programme requires, and no file moves along it without your instruction.

Cookies

This site sets no advertising cookies and runs no cross-site tracking. What exists is functional — the state of the accordion, and whether a notice has been dismissed. Blocking cookies entirely leaves every page readable.

Asking us to delete it

Write to the address on the contact page and say what you want removed. Enquiry records go promptly. Correspondence tied to a live matter may have to be kept while the matter runs and for the period our professional obligations require, and we will tell you plainly if that applies to yours.
